Welcome to your Healthy Transformation

My passion is to help YOU learn how to take better care of yourself on all levels; physically, emotionally and soulfully. 

I’m here to help you Transform your  body, mind and life! We’ll do this while having fun getting fit, connecting with friends and changing your approach to food.  It can be fabulous and healthy! 

What has become clear to me is how important it is to have connection with other women, to get moving, be nurtured and give yourself opportunities to be challenged. 

There will always be Healthy Food, because that’s what I do, share my love of cooking while nurturing others.
