This program is 20 days to build habits that will last a lifetime. We work on all 5 areas each week to bring a balanced and accelerated path to strengthen your energy and harmony.

Finding and Living our Purpose
In 20 days, 20 new habits & strategies to bring more peace and energy.
Balance in all 5 areas can be a difficult to integrate into your life. Living a balanced existence, however, can help you attain a greater sense of happiness, health, and fulfillment.
The 4 week program begins Feb. 20th. Having a support partner through this journey is very helpful, so find a friend and you can both enjoy the program for a combined cost of $97.00. This is a two for one pricing for this program only!
Each week day we will focus on a different Foundation.
Mondays, we will provide ways in which you may nurture your body with wholesome recipes, learn easy food prep strategies, and gain an understanding to your emotional eating and cravings.
Tuesdays, will bring movement to your life in a joyful, painless way. (As a chronic pain sufferer, and as a Physical Therapist, I have much expertise to guide you on your individual path).
Wednesdays will focus on our relationships. As we all know, when relationships are going well, they feed the other areas of our life without effort, but when strained have us compromising our care of self.
Thursdays is my favorite, where we focus on Self-Care strategies and going deep within to find what brings your JOY.
Fridays will wrap up the week with asking questions about our purpose in this life. Are we doing what fulfills our soul and gives us opportunities for self-expression.
On the weekends, you can take a break, or continue to practice the habits. You’ll find as the weeks go on, it will be easier to continue the habits daily. But in the beginning, you may need to relax a little on the weekends, so you can renew your focus the next week.
Small daily assignments will be given via email. The email will include links to additional material you will have access to from our private website page or from a closed Facebook group page. Here you can ask questions, get support, and participate in discussions. You may engage with everyone or quietly follow along as you choose. Yes, you will also have my email for private questions and discussions. Guest speakers will be contributing their journeys of finding balance to further support your path to a Fantastic Life.
