Breathe For More Ease
Emotional stress is universally accepted as the beginning of all disease conditions. Many physical symptoms (chest tightness, muscle aches and spasms, headaches, twitches and tremors, knots in your stomach) are ways of your body saying, “Slow down, stop what you’re doing and pay attention, because there is something out of integrity here“.
I’d like to give you a tool to help you center yourself, assist you in calming your mind and your body. By doing this, you will interrupt those inflammatory thoughts that can lead you down the path of illness. Instead, it’s a re-boot to self love and acceptance, no matter what is happening at the moment, however stressful things can be right now.
Take a moment, right now, and do this breathing exercise to bring more ease, less dis-ease into your being.
