Please be mindful that you will not have cell phone access up in the mountains, so we advise printing out your directions and allowing yourself extra time to get there. You must get yourself to Marblemount Boat Launch prior to your designated trip meeting time or we MUST run the trip without you because of strictly enforced safety protocols.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes early if possible, especially if you have rented wetsuits. Note that our office is not open on weekends to take calls if you are late or lost.

While you are at the river it is a requirement that each person sign a National Parks Service approved liability waiver prior to the trip. This waiver will be provided to you at the meeting location.

Triad River Tours operates whitewater rafting tours on National Park, Skagit County Park, Washington State Park, and United States Forest Service lands. All of our safety procedures are detailed, approved, and refined above industry standard levels of safety and we are in full compliance with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations. We do not take unnecessary chances on the river and neither should you.
Come to the river prepared by ensuring that all people in your party have observed the safety video, have signed their liability waiver; (if applicable), and are familiar with the risks and expectations for their participation in paddling and potential rescues.
In accordance with a federally approved operating protocol, as well as state and federal law, Triad River Tours mandatorily refuses participation to any participant, regardless of age, ability, or experience, who has not completed the steps listed above or who arrives to the river unaware or unable to perform their responsibilities while on the river.
