This week’s emphasis follows The Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. In this language, health is a harmonious balance of all the elements. I’ve chosen a directive which most closely aligns with an Element and I believe will help transform your health, one step at a time.
Transforming Your Health
Wood: Development, expansion, planning:
Associated with self regulating functions; digestion, heartbeat, basic metabolism.
Liver & gallbladder. DO SOMETHING NEW, preferably in NATURE!
Fire: Action, Design:
Associated with the heart, circulatory system, tongue. GET ACTIVE for at least 30 minutes each day.
Earth: Transformation, Change, Stability:
Associated with digestive system, spleen, taste. EAT GREENS!
Metal: (Air element) determined, inward movement: Associated with the lungs, respiratory system, the nose. BREATHE DEEPLY!
